BOOKING (PUBLIC INTOX. PAROLE): On Oct. 28 at 7:58 p.m. in the 32000 area of Old Woman Springs Road, 56-year-old Robert Edward Sams of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and a parole violation. He was being held without bail at the Victor Valley Jail.
BOOKING: On Oct. 27 at 10:25 p.m. in the area of Highway 18 and Barstow Road, 42-year-old Joshua David Moore of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of an unspecified misdemeanor charge. Moore was released the next day.
BOOKING (THREAT): On Oct. 25 at 1:28 a.m., Big Bear deputies arrested 40-year-old Tammy Sue Jerome of Lucerne Valley on suspicion of making a criminal threat. A $50,000 bail bond was paid on her behalf, and Jerome was released later the same day.
BOOKING (PAROLE): On Oct. 25 at 10:04 a.m., 50-year-old Randy Heffley of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation. He was being held without bail at the Victor Valley Jail.
BOOKING (VARIOUS): On Oct. 23 at 11:43 p.m. in the 32000 area of Zircon Road, 53-year-old Manuel Martinez Barnett of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of making a criminal threat, theft, vandalism resulting in property damage of less than $400 and another unspecified misdemeanor charge. He was being held on $25,000 bail at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
